Shipping & Delivery All in stock orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. If there is some issue with your order we will contact you by email or phone in order to make the nessecary arrangements. In the event that an item is unexpectedly out of stock we will notify you right away and give you the option of adjusting or cancelling your order. All of our orders are processed, billed and shipped through our brick and mortar parent company Atkinson's of Vancouver. Your credit card statement will list Atkinson's as the store you purchased from.

US Bound Shipments - All US bound shipments will be cleared through customs by Parched Penguin and shipped from our Washington State warehouse. There will never be any additional customs charges when your order arrives. This customs process can add a day or two to the delivery time of your order, but will save you any customs brokerage or duty charges.

Shipping Costs - All of our shipments are sent through Fedex ground in North America or DHL for global shipments .

Returns & Replacements - We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied with the products you receive you may return them for a refund (less actual shipping costs). In the event you would like to return an order please contact us and we will help you make arrangements for the return. In the rare event of damaged or defective merchandise we will replace the affected items at no charge to you. If there is some problem with your shipment please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment and keep ALL PACKING MATERIALS until you have been instructed to discard them.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions - We make every effort to ensure that our pricing is accurate. Despite our best efforts mistakes do happen. If the price should be lower than you were charged, we will adjust your invoice and ship your order. In the event that you were under charged for something we may either allow the order and ship as normal, or in the event of a significant error we may need to cancel the order and advise you of the problem.
